CMRUAT 2019 is a University level examination conducted by CMR University, Karnataka. The examination is held for admission in various UG and PG courses offered by CMR University. All candidates who will be eligible for admission and whose application will be accepted will be allowed to appear for the admission test.

CMRUAT 2019 Exam Dates

CMR University will release the official notification to fill CMRUAT 2019 Application Form in the third week of March 2019. The last date of filling the application form will be in the last week of May 2019. CMRUAT 2019 entrance examination will be conducted in Four sessions in the month of April, May, June and July 2019. CMRUAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for CMRUAT 2019 Exam, all candidates must be aware of the eligibility criteria for admissions in CMR University. It is compulsory for all the candidate to meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the application form. After clearing the eligibility criteria applicant can apply for the application form. Here are the Eligibility Criteria of CMRUAT 2019 which is given as follow.

B.Arch:

  • Candidate should have passed in 2nd PUC or XII standard or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory/optional subject.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in all the subjects (45% for SC/ST and PH category).
  • Candidate should also have a minimum of 40% marks in NATA.

Bachelor of Arts(Hons.) in English, Psychology &Journalism; Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA); Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com):

  • Candidate should have passed in 10+2/PUC or equivalent in any stream.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) {Hons.}:

  • For B.Com. (Hons.) Integrated with ICAI Foundation courses: Candidate should have passed in 10+2/PUC or equivalent in any stream.
  • For other courses: Candidate should have secured 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2/PUC or equivalent. Candidate should also have secured a minimum of 65% marks in English and a minimum of 65% either in Accountancy or Mathematics or in any other subject related to commerce.

Bachelor of Science(B.Sc.) in Advertising & Public Relation, Digital Media and Digital Filmmaking:

  • Candidate should have passed the XII standard or equivalent examination.
  • Candidates are also required to submit a personal statement, outlining your background and personal and professional interests in the media.

BCA:

  • Candidate should have passed in 10+2/PUC or equivalent in any stream, with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects.

BE/B.Tech:

  • Candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical and Vocational subject with a minimum of 45% marks in all subjects taken together (40% marks for SC/ST/PH category).

The application process for CMRUAT 2019 is going on. The entrance examination for CMRUAT 2019 will be held in 4 sessions at different exam centers across India. CMRUAT 2019 registration can be done online as well as offline.

CMRUAT 2019 Online Mode

Check the steps given below to apply for CMRUAT 2019 Online Application form:

  • Step 1: Candidates will first need to register online on the website with a valid e-mail id and a mobile number, after which they will get a login ID and password.
  • Step 2: Log in to your account using login ID and password. Candidate will receive their application number on their registered email address. Enter all the personal/academic details required in the application form.
  • Step 3: Candidate will have to pay an application fee. The payment can be made online (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking) or offline.
  • Step 4: Upload the passport size photograph and signature with size less than 80 kb in ‘.jpg’ format.
  • Step 5: Select the date preferences for the test among the 4 options given.
  • Step 6: Submit the Application form.
  • Step 7: Take a print out of the same for future reference.

CMRUAT 2019 Offline Mode

Candidates can obtain the application forms offline from CMR University counter. Forms can also be obtained through post by sending a DD of requisite amount along with the “Request Application”. Candidates should preserve a photocopy of the duly filled application form and demand draft for the future reference.

Candidates making payment through DD have to send the DD along with a printout of filled-in application form to CMRUAT office.

Send the duly filled in and signed application form along with the application fee mentioned below payable in either cash (if submitting in person) or Demand Draft drawn in favor of CMR UNIVERSITY, payable at Bangalore.

  • Candidate’s personal details and academic details.
  • Class X, XI and XII mark sheets.
  • Income and Caste Certificate (if applicable only)
  • Entrance exam score card (CMRUAT/CET/NATA/Any other)
  • Photos: Passport & Stamp size
  • For NRI / Foreign students only: Certificate obtained from the Board Studied last, Visa, Passport, Equivalence certificate from AIU

CMRUAT 2019 Application Fee

CMRUAT 2019 Application fee can be paid through two modes:

  • Through Credit/Debit Cards/Net banking
  • Through DD – drawn in favor of CMR UNIVERSITY, payable at Bangalore

CMRUAT 2019 Application fees for-

  • B.Arch., B.Tech and few courses of B.Sc. Program (Advertising and Public Relations, Broadcast and Digital Media, Digital Communication and Multimedia and Print and Online Journalism) is INR 750.
  • For B.Com, BBA, BA (Hons.) and the remaining B.Sc Courses is INR 500

CMRUAT 2019 Admit Card

Candidates will receive their CMRUAT 2019 Admit card on their registered email address, one week before the examination. Candidate should get the printout of their admit card and keep with them during the examination along with the photo identity card so that they won’t face any problem while giving the exam.

CMRUAT 2019 Exam Pattern

CMRUAT 2019 Entrance Test will be conducted in an online mode. The examination paper will cover topics depending upon the course candidate has opted for.

  • Questions will of the objective type and will vary with the course.
  • For BE/B.Tech question paper will consist of one paper with objective multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
  • Questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of Class XII standard.

CMRUAT 2019 Syllabus

There is no fixed syllabus for CMRUAT 2019. However, questions will be asked from the syllabus of Class XII standard. Students are advised to prepare these sections thoroughly. Aspirants can also practice the previous year’s question papers to get an idea about the kind of questions asked. Candidates must practice all topics to get a grip on all the topics.


CMRUAT 2019 Result

Marks of CMRUAT 2019 will be displayed right after the completion of the online test. An applicant who will give the test can check CMRUAT 2019 Results for Merit list after the conduction of all the three sessions. The result will contain the name, application number/roll number of the candidates selected for further rounds of the admission process.

CMRUAT 2019 Cut Off

CMRUAT Cut off is the minimum score required to secure admission in the various courses offered by CMR University.

CMRUAT cut off will depend on a lot of factors such as:

  • Number of applicants
  • Number of seats available
  • Previous year cut off marks
  • Difficulty levels of the entrance test.

CMRUAT 2019 cut off will be published few days after the completion of all the three sessions of Admission Test. Only those students who will score more than the cut off marks will be considered as the qualified candidates and will be eligible for admission in CMR University.


CMRUAT 2019 Selection Process

Candidates who wish to study from the academic session 2019 from CMR University will be required to go through CMRUAT 2019. They will have to report at the stipulated centers for the online test. 

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in CMRU 2019 Admission Test.

The final selection of the candidate will be based on:

  • BA (Hons.) Program: The options is offered at the discretion of the University.
  • For other courses: Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks scored in CMRUAT 2019.
